Maximo has been a Realtor© since 2008, and an Associate Broker (ABR) since 2012. As a Tucson native, it was only natural to attend the University of Arizona, wherein he earned his Undergraduate degree in Creative Writing. In 2014, Maximo acquired his Mortgage Loan Originator license (MLO). That same year, he earned a Master's Degree at ASU to become a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). Maximo actively applies the skills and knowledge learned over the past decade to identify and evaluate the right properties for his clients. Maximo also participates in the analysis, acquisition, and rehabilitation of investment opportunities. He is experienced in both Buyer and Seller representation, having assisted hundreds of families in Tucson with their Real Estate needs, and he looks forward to assisting you with yours!
Ben has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. His knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) among several other tools makes him a valuable research analyst. His skills, coupled with his Real Estate and Manufactured Housing Licenses, allow him to quickly identify transaction exposures and minimize unforeseen pitfalls. His organizational skills make him vital in navigating complex transactions, and allow him to simultaneously process multiple transactions efficiently and effectively.
